This site is informational: it sells nothing, shows no advertising and uses no cookies. It exists to present the studio and its games, and to receive proposals by email.
2. Using the site
This site provides information about the studio and its games. By using it you agree not to use it for unlawful purposes or in ways that damage its operation or the rights of others.
We try to keep the information accurate and current, but it may contain errors or become outdated. Projects in development are described as they stand when published and may change.
3. Intellectual and industrial property
The name Dr.Phé, its logo, the texts, the design of this site and the code and contents of our games belong to the site owner or are used under licence, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
You may quote and link to these pages freely. Reproducing, distributing or transforming their contents for commercial purposes requires prior written permission.
Third-party materials used in our games are credited inside each game, in its credits section, with the licence under which they are distributed.
4. Links to other sites
This site links to third-party pages — app stores and our own games. We are not responsible for the contents or the policies of sites outside our control that can be reached from here.
5. Liability
We work to keep the site available and free of errors, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for damage arising from improper use or from failures outside our control, such as network or infrastructure provider failures.

7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that apply by law.
